Insane Goal From Japan By Kazumasa Uesato: Video
This goal by Kazumasa Uesato of Japanese team Consadole Sapporo is one he will be telling his grandkids about. On the other side, his goalkeeper counterpart from Avispa Fukuoka will be hoping this video gets taken down from YouTube very quickly.
With his side comfortably up 2-0, Uesato spotted the opposing goalie too far off his line and fired a prayer toward the net from across midfield. The wonder shot went right over the keeper’s head for a goal, this despite Uesato having fallen down on his shot.
Sure, it’s the sort of play you’d never see in a top-quality league (or outside of a video game 99% of the time), but that doesn’t make it any less of a perfect shot.
